QEF is the home of the Quantum ESPRESSO project for materials modeling at the nanoscale. We pledge ourselves to an open vision of science and software engineering. We foster the design, development, maintenance, and distribution of high-quality open-source software for the quantum simulation of matter, and we are committed to the dissemination of the art and science of scientific computing, by promoting training courses worldwide.
